Consistency - A Rant

 Ok so, mini rant. It's not really that big of a deal but the thought entered my head and I am now annoyed. So here it is:

If we are going to blatantly ignore the fact that Sherlock Holmes had only ONE sibling (Mycroft), can we at least agree to give the sister the same name whenever making a sacrilegious remake of Sherlock Holmes?!?!?!?

On the one hand, we have Enola Holmes from the book series The Enola Holmes Mysteries (now part of the Netflix collection of shows for which no one really asked). On the other hand, we have Eurus Holmes from BBC's Sherlock. 

While these are only two portrayals of an invented sister, it is worth noting that the books were published 2006 to 2010. Sherlock first aired in 2011, which tells me a simple Google search could have cleared this all up and let me get a good night's sleep.
